Though I wasn't happy with the number, I am glad it's coming off.... Jody reminded me that the BIG numbers on "The Biggest Looser" are all coming from the men... But still, Becky's voice is in my head, stuck like an earworm singing.... "I'm gonna loose more weight, I'm gonna loose more weight..." get out, Get Out, GET OUT!! *banging self on left ear*

Girl, you know I *heart* you!! I lost weight the hard way this past week. That IV shoved in my arm, forcing the liquids in me made me tinkle a lot!!

Wish you were there when I weighed in yesterday. It was bad... Thank goodness Ami was there. I think she saved me from diet-cide. At first, I was up a pound... Ami was like... no, let's do this again. Ultimately the scale didn't move, but that's sooooo much better than plus one. Whew! I was still depressed, so I ate too many sugar-free cookies to mourn... now it's back to the drawing board.
By the way, you stop getting all yuckie, missy! I know this is a competition, but I don't want you all sick-y-poo! Hope you're felling better!!
