YOU on a Diet Intermediate Workout

So I found this video of a very good 20 minute workout. I really thought it was good. And who does not have 20 minutes. Don't forget 30 minutes of walking EVERY day. "They" say it is just as important as sleeping (I don't know about that) BUT... anyway.... let's get to work, workout that is!
