Bill and I did this about a year ago and it is totally cool!
Just go to www.realage.com
sign up (it's free) and answer ALL the questions (warning this takes about 20 minutes) and oh yeah, BE HONEST.
Anyway it tells you what your real age is not your calendar age! Soooooo humbling. THEN they give you all these things that can help "decrease" your age. Put this down in your journal, make goals, then repeat the test on March 30th.
