How's it going everybody? I've been staying with the program. I must admit I do have one problem it seems. I tend to really skimp on my calories all day and blow them in the late evenings/nights---which is the worst time to eat. I'm definitely a late snacker. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?
I know some of us LOSERS are playing tonight at the store. Ami, any idea what's for dinner? I'm a little worried about "messing up".

two thoughts:
if you know you are going to snack at night then plan on it. Come up with some snacks that will satisfy your urge but be ok. ie. popcorn or something
two DON'T save the calories so you don't have them to spend. The guilt might help you not snack so much. If you are done with your # then you can't snack.
when you feel that urge drink a glass of water.
change your routine. What are you doing when you snack. IE watching TV, reading, etc. I know I have a hard time watching TV without eating. So I have tried to cut down on my night TV. I have started going to bed a little ealier and reading. I am getting more sleep, not snacking, and reading a great book that is making me feel good. EAT, PRAY, LOVE great book.
Hope this helps alittle. I know all common sense but sometimes it helps hearing it from someone else.

I also have that problem, I eat a small bowl of Special K Chocolate Delight! It is yummy and a serving is only 160 cal I believe. A serving is 3/4 a cup so you could even have 1/2 cup instead! Keep up the great work!

I also have this problem,I can do good all day and get really hungry the later it gets. I THINK THE SIX SMALL MEALS IS GOOD FOR ME. I always am up really late at night and tend to get VERY hungry. Any suggestions out there? (Don't tell me to go to bed). HELP!!!
