I wrote a letter to myself in my composition book. It's on the first page. I kept it positive and wanted it to be something I could look back on and be encouraged by. (As if those pictures won't be encouraging enough!) I found some Sweetwater paper I'd bought a while back and used it to decorate my journal. It's the All About Me stuff. I love it! I've started Weight Watchers online. I'm doing my food journal on there. (So easy!!) At the end of each day, I think I'm going to print it out and put it in my "Me" journal. Good days and bad. It goes in there. I've found that writing everything down that you eat helps A LOT!

Good idea, Becky! I'm going to keep a food journal in my book too... Remember keeping a journal in school for three days, then entering it all into a computer program, and having the program telling you how healthy (or not)you were eating? Anyone know where we can find a program like that? (preferably one not written in .dos) :)
