I didn't do as well this week. (I actually gained .3 pounds. Boo!!) Don't take that as me quitting though. I'm just as determined, if not more. Consider it your pass for this week! (Tee hee hee!!!!) I'll let you ladies have a chance for Week Two's prizes.
All kidding aside, I hope everyone has a great week. Remember, it's the ultimate goal that matters the most. You HAVE to want it. How bad do you want it? How badly do you want to lose the weight? I know it's hard. It wasn't so hard putting it all on, was it? Just know that if you put your mind to it, you *can* do it.

That's okay Becky! I agree with you-- It's the ultimate goal that counts. For me, the "ultimate goal" is getting back into the habit of eating healthy and exercising. Losing weight will *hopefully* be the benefit of those lifestyle changes.
